Explanation:

Tonsillitis (aka acute tonsillitis, quinsy, angina) is throat tonsils inflammation. Tonsillitis is not only cold time disease, people may get sick also in summer time. Then the worst enemies are air conditioners in offices, shopping centres, cars etc. In hot conditions our skin pores open up and when we stay in cold and windy room, the cold goes under our skin and starts to weaken the lungs and therefore our immunity falls. As a result of cold attack to our body, the tonsils grow larger, become reddish and are covered with off-white and purulent discharge. Although many publications claim that tonsillitis can not be prevented, we say avoid getting cold and stay away from conditioners. Hold your feet in warm and protect your back of neck and chest against cold and wind. Tonsillitis mostly lasts about 10 days;
