Symptoms:

Causes:

  • Of the fruits, it is advisable to eat red fruits – cherries, strawberries, red grapes, red dates, goji berries and longan tree fruit;
  • Of the vegetables prefer Beet and red cabbage;
  • Drink red grape juice, cherry juice, beet juice, red tea (rose, hibiscus), moderate amounts of red wine;
  • Cereal rice, millet, rye, buckwheat;
