By character we can divide our food
By this we mean the food effect for body. Hot and warm food makes our body to produce more heat and speeds up metabolism. These kinds of foods can warm up our body when we’re having cold symptoms. For example ginger and cinnamon can make us feel warmer when having gold feelings. Cold and cool foods slower down our metabolism and cool our bodies down inside. For example peppermint can make us feel colder when having hot symptoms fever or sore throat.
For staying healthy, it is advised to regularly monitor your health situation and due to the symptoms support your body with the right kind of food.
Mostly there are two kinds of people: the ones who always complain of being hot and the ones who always whine feeling cold and shut down all windows.
Hot people never have cold feelings, they have flushed face, strong and loud voice. They are energetic extraverts and do not need so much sleep hours to be well rested.
Cold people who are always having cold feelings, cold hands and feet. This is because they are not producing enough energy to keep the body warm. These kinds of people look pasty-faced, are mostly introverts and have a quiet voice. They are often tired and therefore need more sleep hours than others. They have often stuffy nose etc.
