The condition of the heart is expressed in face skin hue. When the heart is strong, the hue is pink and bright. If the heart blood is weak, the hue is pale. When heart energy has stopper, the face hue becomes dark. If there is too much heat in the body, the face is often red.
If the heart is energetically strong, we are happy and satisfied. When the heart’s energy is weak, anxiety and insomnia may occur.
Emotion that strengthens and nourishes our heart is joy. Happiness from relationships, work, friends and activities make our eyes shine. If we don’t have enough joy, the energy of the heart turns weak. If palpitations, squeezing in chest, punctures or stings in the heart occure, we can say that heart energy has turned weak. Hearts low energy causes most of heart diseases.
When the energy of the heart is strong, the person is lively, social and expressive. When the energy of the heart is low, it is difficult for a person to express himself and words are often lacking.
