Explanation:

When we have sad emotions on a long time of period we may strain off our heart energy. When heart energy has become weak we may then get complaints that the heart jumps in the chest. Palpation aka heart strongly beating, does not mean a measurable arrhythmia here, but rather a feeling instead. When the energy of the heart is weak, the heart cannot pump enough blood into the body tissues. Physical exertion causes a person to quickly become tired, breathless and sweaty.
