Liver malfunctioning because of nutrient deficit

Symptoms:

  • pale face;
  • dry and cracking hair;
  • dry and cracking nails;
  • depression;
  • insomnia;
  • dizziness;
  • numbness of limbs;
  • dry and itchy eyes;
  • absence of menstruation;

Causes:

  • too intense physical activity;
  • heavy menstrual blood flow;
  • veganism;
  • absence of meat in menu;

Dos and don’ts:

  • don’t eat hot foods, by character;
  • don’t eat spicy foods, by taste;
  • avoid cinnamon, garlic, curry;
  • don’t drink alcohol, coffee nor black tea;
  • eat mulberries;
  • eat fresh berries and fruits like apples, cherries, strawberries, plums;
  • eat fresh vegetables like carrots, beets;
  • eat liver, eggs, meat;
  • eat sunflower and sesame seeds;
