Explanation:

Low blood pressure known as hypotension is not considered to be a disease instead of high blood pressure. Low blood pr pressure in numbers is lower than 90 mmHg for the top number (systolic) or lower than 60 mmHg for the bottom number (diastolic). Though low blood pressure makes you feel unwell. There is no specific cure for it, nor is available certain drugs to rise the pressure. Hypotension is harmful for your health – it doesn’t damage your heart or give you stroke risk like hypertension does, but undermines your well being and mental health. People struggling with depression have mostly low blood pressure. It looks like when mother nature has blessed you with low blood pressure there isn’t an easy tablet solution to treat your well-being.  All you can do is to watch over your eating habits –  try to support your body with treating food and be physically active. Take stairs  everywhere possible, dance, make quicker steps to reach the public transportation, walk your dog, visit gym etc. Remember cola drinks, coffee and sweet gummy candies aren’t healthy long term solution.
