Stomach malfunctioning because of spicy and fried food

Symptoms:

  • do not eat spicy food like ginger, garlic, chilly, pepper, curry;
  • avoid eating fatty meat like duck, lamb, bacon;

  • prefer fresh fruits and vegetables;
  • eat salads;
  • eat fruits like pear, melon, banana;
  • eat vegetables like cucumber, tomato, rhubarb, chinese cabbage, spinach, peas;
  • eat herbs like chamomile;
  • eat dairy products like kefir, yoghurt;
  • drink white wine, green tea, wheat beer;

Explanation:

Spicy and fried food, grilled meat, alcohol and coffee – these all are warm and hot food by character, plus using food processing methods like grilling, frying, wok-frying, make our body literally burn inside. This kind of food is also highly acid to body. Therefore if we have eating habits like mentioned above, our body becomes hot and stomach acid rises. Gastritis, stomatitis, regurgitation come to bother us.
